Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, customs procedures, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Keven is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because every product is custom-made and personalized, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Approved claims will receive a replacement or another appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
